I specialize in helping people with pelvic floor concerns such as bladder leaking, prolapse, pelvic pain, constipation, painful intercourse, pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum recovery (including C-section healing), diastasis recti, and return to fitness after birth. If you’re not sure if PT is right for you, reach out—I’m always happy to chat about your symptoms.

No referral is needed! You can contact me directly to schedule. If you’d like, I’m happy to communicate with your doctor or midwife to make sure your care is coordinated.
At your first appointment, I’ll come to your home and bring everything we need. We’ll start with a thorough conversation about your symptoms, goals, and history, followed by an exam of the areas most relevant to your concerns. By the end of the visit, you’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s going on, personalized “homework” to get started, and we’ll discuss a clear plan for what future visits will look like.
Yes! Pelvic floor physical therapy is safe during pregnancy and can be incredibly helpful for managing pain, preparing for birth, and staying active. If you notice pain, pressure, or bladder leaking, I'd suggest scheduling an appointment as soon as you start to notice the problem. Starting early can help manage discomfort and prevent symptoms from worsening.
Even if you aren't experiencing pain or leaking, I recommend at least two pregnancy wellness/birth prep visits, ideally starting around 28 weeks. Thes visits are designed to help you proactively connect with and protect your pelvic floor and core, support your changing body, and prepare for birth.

You can begin pelvic floor physical therapy as soon as you feel ready—especially if you’re having pain, difficulty moving, or challenges caring for your baby. Many new moms find early support helps recovery go more smoothly, though you can benefit from PT at any stage postpartum (even years later).
Even if you aren’t noticing any symptoms, I recommend scheduling at least 1–2 postpartum recovery visits, ideally starting around 6 weeks postpartum, to assess your pelvic floor, core, scar tissue, and overall recovery. Visits are always tailored to your needs and comfort level to help you recover optimally and prevent future dysfunction.

I do not bill insurance directly, but I accept HSA/FSA cards and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Each session is $150 and includes 45–60 minutes of one-on-one care in the comfort of your home.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Because each appointment time is reserved just for you, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $50 fee. This helps me continue to serve all patients who need care.
Nope—you don’t need to cancel. If we typically include internal pelvic floor work, there are always plenty of other things we can focus on instead, like mobility, strength, or other treatment techniques.
