These visits are for every postpartum mom—even if you aren't experiencing any symptoms. Checking in helps your pelvic floor and core heal fully, prevent future dysfunction, and set a strong foundation for long-term health so you can thrive in your postpartum journey.
During your visit, we’ll assess and address everything that matters for your recovery:
Pelvic floor strength and tone
Scar tissue restriction from C-section or tearing
Core function, including diastasis recti (DRA)
Daily habits, lifestyle factors, and body mechanics
Pain, mobility, and how your body is responding as you return to daily life
Safe return to exercise and functional movement
From there, we create a personalized recovery plan to restore function, build strength, and prevent future issues.
We recommend at least 1–2 postpartum recovery checkups (even if you aren't experiencing any problems!) starting at 6 weeks postpartum.
