Pregnancy wellness & birth prep goes beyond easing aches. These sessions are designed to support your changing body, protect your hard-working pelvic floor and core, and help prevent issues like leaking, prolapse, weakness, and pain. With a pelvic floor-focused approach to birth prep, we aim to minimize tearing, support smoother labor, shorten pushing time, and lower your C section risk.
During each visit, we will:
Help you connect with your pelvic floor and core for daily life, labor & birth, and postpartum recovery
Assess your posture and movement patterns
Create a personalized exercise program to support your changing body
Address tissue restriction throughout spine and pelvis
Discuss and practice:
Birth prep mobility & stretching
Perineal massage
Labor & birth positions
Breathing patterns
Pushing techniques
We recommend at least 2 sessions, ideally starting around 28 weeks of pregnancy (though it's never too late to start), to give your body the best support & preparation for birth.
